I have just completed adding a deck on to my home. After many hours researching Faulk Stone Panels from several manufactures, I settled on GenStone Stacked Stone (Stratford). I wanted to make this deck unique and very special. Your Stratford Panels did just that. I am neither a contractor nor a highly skilled carpenter. Your product was not difficult to install in fact, it was rather easy and each panel made my wall look that much better. Almost all of the cutting was done on a table saw. I only had to use a handsaw for the corners around the window ledgers. Even with two windows and two double doors I found your panels to have very little waist. Most of the cut-offs I was able to use farther along the wall. Your stone panels look AWESOME. Several people in the building trades have seen this wall and none of them could believe how real it looks. That, in it's self speaks well of the GenStone products. Some of these contractors are looking for a project that they can use GenStone on. Your company employees were very helpful in answering all my questions and showed real concern as to the quality of my installation. I have received many complements on the deck, especially the stone wall, which brought the whole deck together. It was a pleasure working with your staff. They were always courteous and very helpful. Answering all my questions in a professional manner.

I just completed installation of GenStone Random Rock panels on the lower level of my home in Michigan. The lower level is an exposed basement built of concrete blocks, which I always found to be rather unattractive. I had considered several siding options including vinyl panels and wood shingles and then discovered your product while browsing the Internet for other possibilities.
Your company responded rapidly with product samples, and once I saw how realistic in appearance your products are, my mind was made up. My order arrived within a couple weeks and I soon began installation. Your assurances that the panels could be installed and cut with normal woodworking tools were completely accurate, and I was truly amazed at the ease and simplicity of installation.
I had both inside and outside corners to deal with in my installation, however neither presented a problem. I chose to miter the inside corners and overlap the outside corners. Both turned out great! The mitered inside corners required no additional treatment. The outside corners I sculpted with ordinary hand tools to give a natural rock appearance, then the cut edges were coated with the paint you recommended. It makes a beautiful corner if I do say so myself!
Another benefit I found in using the Random Rock panels is that close mortar joint matching is unnecessary because of the random pattern. Consequently, I found my cutoff waste to be only around 1%. Finally, the significant R value that your product provides is a real benefit for heating and cooling.

Our Company is a General contracting firm that builds custom mountain homes and renovates commercial properties in the Greater Denver area. After learning about the GenStone product on your website, my husband and I decided to use it on our own home we are currently building in the central Colorado mountains. We wanted our home to compliment the beautiful mountain setting with it's rock formations, aspen trees and ponderosa pines.
We used the mixed Random Rock panels around the entire lower level, which is a walk out basement and tucked under garage. Our application is a combination of a foam panel foundation wall system and wood framing. The GenStone panels were easy to apply to both substrates with construction adhesive and screws. GenStone compliments the cedar channel siding of the main level and was used on a 4ft x12 ft 'bump out' which rises up the 2 nd story and was also applied on the chimney. The look is dramatic! It looks as if we spend 10's of thousands of dollars for real stone!
